1. Service

unlimited-ai provides browser-based and API access to multiple third-party AI models. Plans, pricing and included models may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use unlimited-ai for: generating illegal content; spam, scraping, or abuse of upstream providers; impersonation or deception; or any purpose that would violate the policies of the underlying model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.). Your account may be suspended at any time for violations.

3. Payments and refunds

Codes purchased via Discord ticket are non-refundable once redeemed. Unredeemed codes may be refunded within 7 days at our discretion. No automatic renewals — each plan is one-time.

4. Liability

unlimited-ai is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or output of any model. AI outputs may be incorrect — verify before relying on them.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Contact us via Discord for questions.
